Classes

  • Perfect for newcomers (or anyone returning to Reformer Pilates). You’ll learn the basics of the Reformer—how to set up safely, use the springs and straps, and find proper alignment and breathing.

    Expect a slower pace with clear coaching as you build core strength, stability, and confidence in the key foundational exercises.

  • A step up from Fundamentals, this class helps you build on the basics with more flow and a wider exercise repertoire.

    You’ll start linking movements together, increasing challenge through spring changes, range of motion, and coordination. Great for improving strength, control, and endurance while refining technique.

  • This class is a natural next step after Progressive, designed for clients who want to continue building strength, control and confidence on the Reformer. Expect dynamic full-body sequences that develop coordination, endurance and fluid movement in a supportive, progressive class setting.

  • One-to-one or two-to-one sessions tailored to your goals — whether that’s injury recovery, building confidence, or refining your technique.
